CallRex Software Suite Puts Telrex in the Limelight


The first quarter of 2010 has been successful for Telrex (News - Alert), a company that delivers enterprise-class workforce optimization solutions to businesses around the world. Companies can take advantage of affordable call recording and monitoring features in a mixed PBX environment, while also realizing the benefits of Microsoft's unified communications solutions.

Running on Windows-based servers, CallRex does not require any proprietary hardware, expensive telephony cards, or complex installations, and enables full time live monitoring and call recording from anywhere on the network.

Telrex offers CallRex Call Recording software as an advanced solution for companies that were previously unable to afford call recording technology, through monthly subscription-based licenses.
