Dreamticket luxury holidays has reportedly chosen

Suretec Telecom to improve customer service and meet regulatory compliance.
According to a press release, the call recording system offered by Suretec Telecom will help Dreamticket luxury holidays to easily monitor and record all calls with customers, as the company is regulated by the UK Financial Services Authority. The open source call recording solution will also help Dreamticket reduce software license fees.
Suretec’s range of telephony cards to turn PC servers into reliable and easy to use Web-based call recording systems suitable for small to medium sized businesses. Benefits include simplification of infrastructure and increased flexibility.
“Dreamticket is a very successful niche holiday business,” said Gavin Henry, managing director of Suretec Telecom, in the release. “It grew considerably from its early beginnings to around 11 employees in 2004 – and its telephone system is its lifeblood for providing customers with the right holiday to satisfy their dreams. Suretec’s innovative call recording service has greatly enhanced our efficiency, and saved us more than £15,000”
With the help of Suretec, Dreamkit will replace its current call center phone system to a 100 percent Asterisk (

Alert) based system.
The company recently
launched a telecom business to meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses looking for cost-effective and highly featured telephone systems. Oil and gas sector companies, along with professional services, travel and public sector organizations, are all taking an interest in the huge cost savings that can be achieved with open source.
