CallCopy Receives 2008 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award

On the face of things, call recording, quality monitoring and performance management solutions provider CallCopy (News - Alert) appears to be doing everything right: It has established key partnerships with leading technology companies and industry organizations; won-over droves of corporate customers; endowed its products with the features and capabilities that companies require today; built an excellent reputation for service and support; and assembled a superior reseller network with recognition for partners that excel in helping the company meet its goals.

Not bad for a company that’s only a few years old.

Now, CallCopy can add another highlight to its already-long list of industry accolades: It has received a 2008 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award from Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC (News - Alert)) for its cc: Discover software suite, which includes call recording, quality monitoring, and performance management solutions – all tightly bundled together on a single, standards-based platform that can be readily integrated into just about any call center environment.

As the company explains, cc: Discover enables contact centers to more easily monitor agent-customer interactions using both voice and desktop recordings to ensure a high-level of customer service and a full understanding of the communications process. The system can be deployed on premises or as a SaaS (News - Alert)-based service.

“TMC’s recognition of cc: Discover as product of the year underscores CallCopy’s commitment to solving customer challenges by delivering innovative products and exceptional service,” said Ray Bohac, chief executive officer for CallCopy, Inc., in a release. “We strive to bring the best call recording, quality monitoring and performance management solutions to the market, and we will continue to innovate in order to best serve our customers. We appreciate this award and the deserved recognition it gives the CallCopy team, who work tirelessly to deliver the best products and customer service in the industry.”

Rich Tehrani (News - Alert), TMC President and Group Editor-in-Chief, said CallCopy won the award in recognition of its “excellence in the advancement of voice and data communications.”

“CallCopy has proven it is committed to quality and excellence in solutions that benefit the customer experience, as well as ROI for the companies that use cc: Discover,” Tehrani said. “I am pleased to honor CallCopy’s hard work and accomplishments and look forward to more innovative solutions from the company in the future.”

CallCopy last made news on TMCnet when it announced that its cc: Discover call recording module is now rated Avaya compliant. That means the solution can be readily integrated with Avaya’s (News - Alert) industry leading call and contact center software solutions.
