CyberTech Recording Solutions Certified for Mitel Secure VoIP

CyberTech, a global provider of advanced voice and data recording technologies, today announced it is certified for Mitel (News - Alert) secure VoIP. The company is among the first recording solutions providers to offer a certified recording solution for Mitel’s Secure Recording Connector as part of the company’s MiSN developer program.

CyberTech enables installation of call recording equipment in secure VoIP PBX (News - Alert) environments  allowing for encrypted end-to-end calls, the company said. The application is compatible with existing Mitel PBXs to allow secure recording of IP extensions and Mitel Teleworker solution handsets. CyberTech can easily integrate with the Mitel Secure Connector, the company said.

With the integration, CyberTech no longer experiences technical difficulties plaguing other call recording suppliers, the firm said. The Mitel Secure Recording Connector issues a license key to the CyberTech system for every call so that recordings do not sacrifice voice encryption, according to the company announcement. The solution is ideal for financial services, public safety and contact center industries.

"The fully certified integration of CyberTech with the Mitel Secure Connector results in one of the world’s first totally secure recording solutions," said Tony Procops, president and CEO, CyberTech North America, in a statement. "As a result, calls are encrypted end-to-end, with on-line storage and archiving."

CyberTech is a dominant  player in the voice logging and communications recording industry. The company has global operations and offices throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas.

The company is among the fastest growing data communications providers and a recognized innovator of voice recording and monitoring applications. It offers products and services designed to drive efficiencies in the capture, storage, retrieval and playback of voice, radio and data communications.

The latest news shows the company’s ongoing growth. As Tony Procops, president and CEO of CyberTech North America, told TMCnet in an interview recently, CyberTech differentiates itself from competitors with its advanced technology and ability to enable efficient and effective customization of recording as an application.

As TMCnet recently reported, CyberTech signed a contract for 6,000 channels of recording for a globally-branded financial services organization. The contract is reportedly one of the largest for CyberTech and the call recording industry.
