CallCopy (News - Alert), a provider of innovative call recording and contact center solutions, recently announced that the new version of cc: Discover is now available.

In the cc: Discover version 5.1, individuals can use a widget-based dashboard to create customized views of data on a single page. They can also configure the individual widgets to display quality assurance (QA), various KPI performance metrics, and more.

The new version also offers an enhanced interaction playback interface for better analytics visualization.

Moreover, the automatic core failover recovery feature in the new version allows automatic switching between the primary and secondary server. Multiple enhancements with Cisco (News - Alert) are also included in version 5.1.

"This is a significant change in itself, but is especially notable since it came directly from the feedback of our most involved users," said Jeff Canter, president and CEO at CallCopy. "We always listen to our customers' comments and strive to dynamically adapt our solutions to fit their changing needs."

"cc: Discover 5.1 is a major update that enhances the value of our solution for both agents and management," added Canter. "It offers new tools for managers to more efficiently handle their workforce, expanded Cisco integrations and a dynamic dashboard for monitoring center operations."

cc: Discover enables organizations to optimize operational efficiencies while maximizing customer satisfaction by leveraging next-generation call recording, quality management, screen capture, speech analytics and performance management capabilities. Featuring unlimited playback licenses, the solution is compatible with most PBX platforms as well, including Avaya, Cisco, Nortel, Siemens, Aspect (News - Alert), Alcatel, ShoreTel, NEC and more.

CallCopy recently announced that it is hosting students from Ohio State University for the school's 7th Annual Engineering Job Shadow Program. Students will be attending this program, which is taking place at CallCopy's Columbus Headquarters, for a week-long event ending this month.

This campaign takes place at various company locations throughout Ohio during OSU’s week of Spring Break.
