TeleWare, a U.K.-based communication vendor that develops computer telephony software for communication solutions, has released a new application to make its mobile recording functionality more accessible.

The newly released application provides streamlined access to store call records. Users will now be able to access data through TeleWare Mobile, as well as by TeleWare Mobile Compliance Call Recording and SMS auditing suites.

Danny Hensby, product manager for TeleWare Mobile, feels the demand for secure and easy access to stored records has increased with the widespread deployment of TeleWare products, which record calls for mobile users in the financial sector to bring them in line with financial legislation.

“We are making the new application, which brings an enhanced look and feel to the underlying functionality, immediately available to all our mobile customers and training has already been rolled out," he added.

Call recording is slowly becoming a mandatory aspect of compliance. European regulations such as Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MIFID) have been mandating it for security. There are individual efforts by national regulators to ensure that call recording becomes an important part in regulating the world of Financial Instruments.

The new application will enhance the look and feel of the application, making it more accessible and user-friendly. TeleWare also develops computer telephony software for personal numbering, hot desking, unified messaging, CTI and IVR, and has over 19 years of experience in the telephony applications industry.

TeleWare’s applications provide business communications solutions for personal contact management, mobility, messaging, call distribution and control. These programs have unparalleled interoperability to enable easy integrations with all kinds of PBX and application vendors.

TeleWare sells its applications through accredited channel partners.

The organization is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and has certification for the quality standard ISO9001/2008 TickIT. Flexibility coupled with innovation has been driving TeleWare, and its new release will certainly help it garner more attention and market share.
