Nexidia, a provider of customer interaction analytics solutions for businesses, recently released Nexidia (News - Alert) Live Collection Assistant, a solution that will deliver alerts and knowledge to contact center representatives and supervisors during live phone calls. These solutions are part of the flagship product Nexidia Interaction Analytics, which allows collections companies to capitalize on returning as much of its collection efforts as possible.

“In today’s collections environment, even the smallest misstep can carry a harsh penalty,” John Willcutts (News - Alert), president and chief executive officer of Nexidia Inc., said in a statement. “Alerting collection agencies to compliance issues in real-time ensures they will be able to take corrective action immediately, before an incident can occur that will result in a fine. Additionally, the capability to send representatives best practices as they speak to consumers serves to increase collection efforts while maintaining high service levels.”

The announcement also comes two weeks after Nexidia announced it would demo interaction analytics and real-time monitoring at DBA International Annual Conference.

"The severe penalties for making a misstep in complying with the complexities of the new Dodd-Frank Consumer Protection measures could ruin a collections business," Willcutts said in regard to what would be covered at the conference. "By pinpointing compliance issues, Nexidia enables collection agencies to take swift corrective action to reduce enterprise risk and ensure compliance across all interactions, a new critical capability in a more tightly regulated world."

Nexidia Interaction Analytics allows businesses to make full use of business intelligence locked inside its multi-channel interactions in order to get the right information to the right people, at the right time. This amount of visibility allows higher-ups to identify problems quickly and target the best practices, resulting in higher performance and reduced expenses.

Nexidia currently provides solutions to United States government regulators and collections industry clients, including 1st Credit, CBV Collections Services and Cabot Credit.
