Increasingly, businesses are beginning to rely on Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure enhanced performance of IT infrastructure and services and Damovo, a worldwide integrator of technology and service-based solutions, is no exception.

In order to keep pace with its rapid growth and distributed operations, Damovo required a new MSP monitoring platform that was flexible and could scale and hence chose Zyrion Inc.'s enterprise-class MSP monitoring solution, Traverse.

After an extensive evaluation of other leading products in the market, Zyrion's Traverse emerged a clear winner.

“We were impressed with the rich enterprise feature set and scalable distributed architecture in Zyrion Traverse," said Andy Roughton, technical support manager at Damovo, U.K. "The ease of use required minimal training for our staff, and we were able to switch to Traverse from our existing solution within a short timescale.”

Zyrion offers the most scalable monitoring solution in the industry for distributed and complex datacenter environments and its cloud and network monitoring solution is used by large enterprises and service providers worldwide. Traverse facilitates decentralized network monitoring, server monitoring and cloud monitoring that is proactive and preventive rather than reactive, giving all employee-levels the control and information they require based on their specific responsibilities and permissions. Traverse network performance monitoring software provides an intuitive Web-based user interface and is a distributed, scalable, real-time and easy-to-manage platform.

Zyrion Traverse was selected because of its unique architecture and integrated features that allows businesses to offer differentiated cloud and IT monitoring services, simultaneously helping the expansion of operations efficiently.

In addition, the Zyrion solution also provided real-time visibility into the performance of centralized and remote infrastructure.

Vikas Aggarwal, CEO at Zyrion, while expressing pleasure at having Damovo as a customer also noted that Damovo's selection was a strong endorsement for the company.

With operations in more than 100 countries across the world, Damovo offers services in all aspects of network connectivity to over 600 clients worldwide and will now be positioned to roll out advanced 'future proof' MSP services to its global enterprise customers.

Zyrion, a provider of cloud and IT monitoring software solutions for MSPs, has added multitenant Netflow integration to its fault & performance monitoring platform. Netflow & sFlow are network protocols for collecting IP traffic information. Traffic analysis at the network level allows for "last mile" troubleshooting in distributed applications, such as response delays between inter-computer queries. While some enterprise monitoring platforms have loose Netflow integration, this is the first multi-tenant Netflow module for the MSP industry.
