U.S. Patent No. 8,325,738 protecting the ability to engage in any

claims technology for administration of a web-based call session and
protects the use of any auxiliary function engaged during a call,
including initiating a call recording, playing a pre-recorded
voicemail, bridging a call, and creating a third-party conference
