Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM Partner, AbleBridge, has launched AbleBridge.com. This new informative website focuses on the AbleBridge consulting services that center on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product.
For businesses that are seeking to create and maintain a more clear view of their customer information, while also enhancing their sales, marketing and customer service processes are quickly turning to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Beyond the native Microsoft Outlook Integration that the solution provides, Microsoft Dynamics CRM also delivers a fast, flexible and affordable CRM solution.
With the 100 percent focus on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform that AbleBridge practices, the company is afforded in depth product knowledge and technical development capabilities which enable them to deliver cost-effective and creative solutions for their customers.
”Scattered customer data, time-intensive information gathering, inconsistent sales processes and lack of pipeline visibility are just a few examples of costly missteps for any business. At AbleBridge, we ‘bridge’ real business problems with true business solutions. Microsoft CRM helps us facilitate this bridge”, says Ryan Plourde, a Principal with AbleBridge, in a Friday statement.
Companies have the ability to leverage the investment they have already made in Microsoft technology and training as Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 integrates with key Microsoft products and technologies, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
Plourde also noted that customers demand a CRM tool that is easy to use, web-based and works with Microsoft Outlook.
"Most CRM tools on the market today advertise they work with Microsoft Outlook, but more times than not, the integration serves as a point of failure and the outcome is frustrated end users.”
Microsoft Dynamics CRM is positioned as working the way most people work as it offers a streamlined user interface, wizard-based tools and close integration with Microsoft Office applications.
The solution also provides choice and flexibility in how a company implements and customizes its CRM application in order to achieve the best possible fit for their business.
Microsoft is definitely feeling the heat from other software developers and providers that are specializing in specific areas, including CRM. The company is taking a strategic approach to driving CRM revenue with its complete integration within the Microsoft Office platform.
While websites such as that launched by AbleBridge will help to advance the initiatives of both companies, there is still considerable competition from those providers that have implemented solutions that are easy-to-use and already well ingrained into the corporate culture.
Perhaps Microsoft will do well to dominate the SMB sector where CRM can provide benefits, but has yet to be implemented. Such opportunities may give the company the breadth its needs in the marketplace to drive revenues.
