CTI Group Unveils New Mobile Call Recording Application

CTI Group, a provider of enterprise communications management software solutions and services, reportedly has unveiled a new integrated mobile call recording application for BroadWorks customers.

 

Expanding on its well-known IP and TDM recording solution – SmartRecordtechnology -- CTI Group’s (News - Alert) new BroadWorks integrated mobile call recording application offers inbound and outbound call recording functionality on a mobile phone and enables users to access call records. In addition, it provides full functionality of the CTI Group web interface.

 

With the help of the new mobile call recording solution, a user can listen, as well as comment, note and archive any call without needing to track down or connect to a computer. This simplifies utilization of SmartRecord application even more, said CTI Group.

CTI Group is showcasing its new offering at BroadSoft (News - Alert) Connections 2009. Demonstrating the new application during the “Show Me the Apps” general session, Sid Rao along with Telesphere’s CTO, Sanjay Srinivasan, will provide an interactive presentation of how the application works. They will be also providing everyday practical use-case scenarios for the enterprise and small business user.

 

SmartRecord is a suite of voice recording solutions offered by CTI Group. This voice recording solution can record calls from any type of telephone system, either a traditional telephone system (PBX (News - Alert)) or a VoIP telephony solution. Leveraging web-based user interface to replay calls quickly and easily, the BroadWorks integrated recording solution benefits businesses that require recording -- for liability, dispute resolution, training and quality monitoring purposes.

 

BroadWorks is a VoIP applications platform offered by BroadSoft, Inc. It is installed at the network core and provides features through multiple architectures, such as Softswitch, Class 5, and IP multimedia subsystem (IMS).
