Alert), a provider of call recording and contact center systems, among the fastest-growing privately held companies in Central Ohio. This honor was conferred upon the company by Columbus Business First.
CallCopy officials said that the company is always evaluating new technologies that will provide greater efficiencies to the users and administrators of the company’s systems. Rather than providing mere software, the CallCopy looks to provide solutions to the customers.
The company has registered considerable growth the three-year period analyzed in the award evaluation process. Because of its continuous growth in the last five years, the company has doubled its workforce to cater to the increasing demands. The company claims that it has been heavily investing in its support team to maintain the company's customer-centric reputation.

In another survey published by DMG Consulting, CallCopy scored at or near the top in every category of customer satisfaction. This included a perfect 5.0 in implementation and a tie for the highest score in Overall Vendor Satisfaction. CallCopy was also named the Best Place to Work in Central Ohio in 2008.
The company recently
updated its channel program to boost partner benefits and sales. The new program includes three tiered levels of reseller agreements – silver, gold and platinum – that are designed to allow CallCopy’s channel partners to customize their own degree of services, certification, and support levels. The company’s solutions are compatible with both VoIP and TDM phones.
