Call Recording Week in Review: Dubber, CallRail, TelStrat

Welcome to the latest version of Call Recording Week in Review where we highlight all the biggest headlines from this past week in the Call Recording space.

This week, CallRail announced a new conversation intelligence system that it says will improve lead qualification for those in sales.

The offering provides automatic qualification of phone call leads and other extra features to make the process of phone sales a smoother one.

Things like access to call visualizations with additional information about the calls taking place and help turning inbound calls into appointments and eventually opportunities – is also included.

Also this week, TelStrat, which provides compliance call recording and WFO solutions, announced the launch of its Engage WFO SaaS offering.

The subscription-based managed service, hosted by TelStrat, integrates with customers’ existing premises-based UC platforms and UCaaS solutions to provide a reliable and safe way to have call recording and other WFO services.

In more call recording news, Dubber, a company well known for its call recording service, made headlines when Sverige AB chose its call recording offering to be included in the company’s Mobile-X UC solution.

Christian Strömlid, head of business marketing at Telenor Sweden commented that Dubber was selected based on its ability to “quickly test recording on our network.”
