Storacall-ST Call Recording Offers Permanent Record of Telephone Conversations

Businesses use call recording for a variety of reasons, including legal services, mandatory compliance, training, evidential support, customer service, quality management, service delivery, process evaluation, support services and more. To serve these needs, United Kingdom-based Voice Systems has released its Storacall-ST call recording system.

According to the company, Storacall-ST offers a permanent record of telephone conversations, including the ability to verify and prove who said what, when and to whom. The call recording system is Web-based, so users simply use a browser and the appropriate security password to access the system — including call recording playback, reporting and configuration features.

Storacall ST reportedly uses voice compression technology to minimize archive storage needs. Users can search, retrieve and playback calls. Searches can be made across a network or the using date, time, channel, user name or extension, call duration, CLI, dialed digits, notes and more. Saved searches allow users to create templates for easy call search and playback. Once a call has been located, it reportedly can be saved as a file for delivery by e-mail.

According to the company, Storacall ST also features call and password encryption, flexible call archiving policies, full API integration, notes fields, full audit trail, automatic system health checks, heartbeat monitoring, business units and groups, customizable user profiles, customizable security settings, export and email search results, and search templates.

Storacall-ST reportedly supports recording of analogue trunks/extensions, IP trunks, SIP trunks, basic rate ISDN, primary rate ISDN, hosted VoIP and the majority of digital, IP and SIP handsets as well as integrating with a wide range of PBXs. It also offers hosted, cloud and radio recording. According to the company, this flexibility allows for the creation of hybrid systems combining any mixture of these technologies.

Storacall offers call recording, analytics, integrated agent performance management, live agent monitoring and training solutions for small to enterprise level businesses.
