Target Grop Deploys CTI Group's SmartRecord

CTI’s Smart Record solution, a multi-tenant hosted recording solution, is being deployed by Targetgroup to capitalize on the growing trend of hosted unified communications in Ecuador.

Target Group offers software and business process outsourcing solutions to the financial services industry for loans and mortgages, savings, and investments. Evolving from todays multiple devices and applications, hosted Unified Communications offers businesses and government agencies the benefits of a converged IP communications network.

TargetGroup is using advanced functionality of SmartRecord to get innovative business intelligence from their customer base.

SmartRecord offers many features, such as agent evaluation, screen recording, audio mining and detailed analytics that will help users to unlock new opportunities for Targetgroup and their customers. It offers a unique, customized, communications experience, increasing customer satisfaction and retention.
