New Enhancements to OAISYS Solutions showcased at UK's Unified Communications Expo

Version 7.3 of the Talkument and Tracer solutions feature speech search functionality. This functionality is based on advanced phonetics based technology which queries recordings and searches for spoken phrases and returns the search with clips of one or more phrases.

The Talkument and Tracer call recording solutions are compatible with leading IP business communications systems, and virtualized deployments are also supported by these solutions. With features such as audit trails, permissions-based call access, encrypted file-streaming, logs, digital watermarking and configurable data retention. The solutions from OAISYS ensure that the call recordings of businesses that use its solutions remain PCI (News - Alert) DSS and FSA compliant.
