CloudCall Click from SYNETY Allows Voice Calling and Recording Functions for Gmail

Text messages and e-mails are an effective and popular way businesses and individuals communicate, but calling someone to say what is on your mind gives a personal touch to your message. Combining e-mails services with a telephony function can improve productivity for companies that depend on sales and service as part of their operations. SYNETY is a cloud software business telephony specialist that helps businesses integrate telecommunications with their existing software.

The company’s CloudCall suite is an integrated communications service that includes CloudCall Enterprise, CloudCall Click and CloudCall API. The suite gives businesses communications tools for a streamlined platform that is faster, richer and easier, while at the same time cost effective.

The Gmail application is free as a part of the CloudCall Click service, which is £10 per user, per month. Calls can be retrieved using mobile, VoIP phone and desk-phone. Outbound calls are made at wholesale rates for landline and mobile phones.

Future applications currently in development will support all major Web browsers, mobile operating platforms as well as CRM software. The software is designed to work with any communications system, PBX or landline setup, eliminating the need for hardware upgrade. Some of the additional platforms currently supported include:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Dealerweb

  • Intrabench

The service is available in the UK, and another 30 new integrations will be included in the coming year.
