Call Recording Platform LogMyCalls Available for Free 30-Day Trial

September 21, 2012

Founded in 2001, ContactPoint invented a patented remote monitoring device called the Maculon, transforming sales training and customer service training effectiveness by recording and monitoring clients’ communications. Its clients regularly report up to 300 percent increases in sales and customer service objectives.

The company recently announced a free trial offer of its award-winning call tracking solution, LogMyCalls. LogMyCalls provides inexpensive tools for businesses seeking to optimize marketing and sales performance, including phone call tracking, call recording and call performance scoring. The free trial allows anyone to take a 30-day test drive of LogMyCalls with no obligations.

This free trial is not a scaled-down version of LogMyCalls. Instead, it offers every feature that paying LogMyCalls customers enjoy—call tracking, call analytics, call scoring, call recording, mobile marketing automation and even Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) and Google Analytics integration.

Executives announced the new free trial offer to allow customers a risk-free way of learning about LogMyCalls before they decided to buy.

During the sign up process for the free trial, customers will have to enter a special coupon code found on the sign up page.

“A lot of our clients don’t know which features they want or need when they sign up,” said Carlton van Putten, VP of Marketing at ContactPoint makers of LogMyCalls, in a statement. “They aren’t sure if they’re going to need Google Analytics integration or Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI), for example. This free trial allows them to try out all the features to see which ones they use and which ones they don’t use. This free trial offer will save our customers money.”

LogMyCalls records and gives you downloadable access to every single phone call that comes through your tracking number with a slew of ways to extract critical intelligence from the calls. It offers numerous reports for tracking marketing ROI and performance management. Dozens of call tracking and performance management reports measure marketing analytics and phone performance with visual, easy-to-read information that is user friendly, fast and targeted to specific sales and marketing performance measures.

“We want to make sure our customers are able to take LogMyCalls on a test drive before they buy,” Jason Wells, CEO of ContactPoint, makers of LogMyCalls, said. “This new free trial offer is going to give customers the ability to try a full-featured version of LogMyCalls for 30 days absolutely free. Personally, I would want a free trial before I purchased.”
