PhoneCoach to Display Live Call Anytime Call Recording Solution

PhoneCoach, a provider of telephone training equipment, will promote its Live Call Anytime service at Successful Selling Expo on October 12. The Live Call Anytime service for sales managers, trainers and business owners enables users to record outbound calls from any phone to any phone, anywhere, anytime and then listen back to the calls immediately.

Telephone training equipment has brought to telephone training what CCTV brought to presentation skills and interviewing training some years ago – the opportunity for analysis and review of what actually happened. In addition, it provides for realism in the training room. 

Reviewing recorded outbound calls offers benefits such as developing people skills, improving cold calling techniques, making the most of sales opportunities and maintaining current service standards.

The service lets you make calls on landline phones, mobiles or by VoIP to any landline number and automatically records them. You can play back your recordings any time you like. Web playback is the most common. You access the PhoneCoach website and use the secure login, user name and password PhoneCoach will have given you. Users then have access to their calls so that they can download them to a PC or laptop via USB memory stick. Calls can be be deleted automatically at the end of any period of choice or they can be remotely archived.
