Node4 Choses Verscom Solutions to Expand Call Handling Capacity, Migrate Subscriber Data

To manage its inbound and outbound communication network, Node4, a U.K. communication solutions provider, has chosen Verscom Solutions to upgrade Node4’s softswitching infrastructure. The company has selected Verscom solution to increase operational effectiveness of call centers.

Verscom Solutions is a next-generation solutions provider and IP services enabler for wireline and wireless carriers.

Launched in 2004, Node4 selected Verscom Solutions to optimize its call handling to overall communication and marketing strategy.

Verscom Solutions will improve Node4’s call handling capacity by enhancing its softswitch infrastructure and simplifying the network edge with secure management, routing and control of real-time voice and multimedia sessions.
