TelStrat's Engage Suite - the Answer to Call Center Challenges?

As per the agreement, Ingram Micro channel partners in Singapore, the Philippines and Vietnam will get to sell and distribute TelStrat's industry-leading Engage Contact Center Suite, a modular, component-based product line that focuses on all areas of Workforce Optimization (WFO).

TelStrat's suite of solutions is available immediately to authorized Ingram Micro channel partners. It   easily deploys in everything from single server sites to large enterprise and cloud-based environments, and also supports a broad range of voice technologies and radio, if necessary, all on one server.

Engage Suite combines the power of call recording technology with an array of best-practice product technologies that is affordable. Ingram Micro channel partners will thus have access to bundled call recording and WFO solutions with Cisco sales proposals for all sizes and types of businesses.

In addition, in keeping with its commitment to customers and business needs, TelStrat will also work with Ingram Micro to promote VAR sales, supply pre-sale and post-sale technical support services, and provide solution training for Engage products.

Given Ingram Micro's reputation for the depth of its technology product mix and the reach of its channel partner network, this presents a tremendous opportunity for TelStrat to expand its market presence and sales in the ASEAN member region.

According to Francis Choo, executive managing director at Ingram Micro Asia Ltd., the demand for call recording and WFO for businesses and contact centers is expanding and TelStrat's Engage product suite brings significant value-add to partners with proven technology that's easy and affordable.

Ingram Micro and represents more than 90 vendors in Asia Pacific with more than 24,000 products, while TelStrat offers its Engage portfolio through a global network of more than 330 reseller partners.

CallScripter has signed a key contract agreement with Consilium for delivering the best consumer service across the Asia Pacific contact center markets. The unified communications company, Consilium will aid CallScripter in enhancing the contact center scripting experience and competence in customer service delivery.
