So, what will the call recording community get from this conference?

Speaking about annual user conference in a statement, Jeff Canter, president and CEO at CallCopy said, “Our annual user conference is a great forum for our customers to come together to learn about both industry trends and also how to best use our innovative solutions, from both an operational and strategic standpoint. With more than 25 sessions, our two-day event provides a comprehensive venue where our customers can get one-on-one access with our technical team to discuss new initiatives, customizations, or best practices. As our solutions continue to earn market share, we focus considerable attention on our User Conference which helps us to meet the needs of our diverse customers and also encourages group learning and further product refinement.”
