CallCopy Organizes 2012 User Conference

For the in-depth discussion of complex topics relevant to the contact center industry, CallCopy, a provider of innovative call recording and contact center solutions, is organizing its first annual User Conference at the Hilton Columbus at Easton, in Columbus, Ohio from September 10 -11.

CallCopy stands out by offering conference sessions that can be divided into three role-based tracks for system administrators, day-to-day operations and executives. This conference reflects the company’s commitment toward its clients.
