Retell, a UK call recording manufacturer, recently became the “Official Technical Partner to WSR.” The company has been manufacturing recording equipment since 1986 and counts itself as one of few call recording companies to make its own hardware and software. The company's software includes its Voice Firewall offering, which was developed to combat the rising trend of PABX phone system hacking.

Retell was very pleased to celebrate West Surrey Racing's success with a double victory at Knockhill this past weekend. Robert Collard and teammate Tom Onslow-Cole managed a 1-2 result in two races at the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship at Fife's Knockhill race track on Sunday.

“This is a great result for the WSR and eBay Motors BMW team and we congratulate them on their amazing victories this weekend," said Steve Cobley, managing director for Retell, in a statement. "Retell is proud to be a sponsor of West Surrey Racing and look forward to a successful partnership and further victories on the race track. Well done guys!”

“It’s just been a fantastic day for me and the whole eBay Motors team with a pair if 1-2 results and our other car driven by Nick Foster also very strong," said Collard. "It’s a big ask but another day like today at Rockingham and we could be right back in the title hunt.”

The racing pair is sponsored by eBay Motors, a section of the eBay site which sells, as you may have guessed, vehicles as well as vehicle accessories and parts. Just last week, the automotive auction site hosted a joint webinar with ChannelAdvisor, a global e-commerce software provider that helps retailers gain exposure in online channels, to educate retailers on the benefits of parts compatibility for motorcycles.

According to eBay Motors, parts compatibility, also sometimes referred to as fitment, can simplify the listing process for power sports sellers, while boosting consumer confidence by ensuring that items are suited for each vehicle. Apparently, retailers adhering to fitment have seen increases in sales by up to 30 percent.
