Telrex, a provider of IP call recording and contact center optimization software, released the version 4.0 of its CallRex Call Recording software which offers an enhanced user experience, streamlined administration, expanded technology support and improved security.
According to the company, the CallRex Call Recording software is the easy and affordable IP call recording and monitoring solution for IP telephony and unified communications systems.
All types of businesses benefit from call recording and monitoring technology-inside and outside the contact center. From improving customer service, resolving customer disputes, increasing employee productivity, complying with legal requirements, addressing security concerns, and taking the organization's "pulse," CallRex Call Recording software can help out.
The new version of the software uses the latest Web-based technologies to improve the user experience and deployment efforts while expanding support for use in more client-side environments. The company claimed that it has continued its focus on ease of use, installation and support with an increased emphasis on search capabilities, security and system administration.
Another product that was released along the new call recording software version was the CallRex Quality Management Suite, a cost-effective workforce optimization solution that integrates Telrex's (News - Alert) call recording, computer recording, and agent evaluation software into one management suite. Call recordings can be leveraged to resolve customer dispute, enhance customer service and increase productivity with this new management suite.

Telrex added that the latest release is automatically available to all customers with an active Telrex Platinum Support Plan.
