CallCopy Receives ShoreTel Partner Proven Certification

ShoreTel has announced it awarded “ShoreTel (News - Alert) Partner Proven” status to CallCopy, a provider of call recording and contact center solutions.
 
The company’s Partner Proven status is awarded to partners who have excelled in working with their reseller partner community.
 
Originally, CallCopy (News - Alert) was accepted into the Technology Partner Program in 2008 as a Certified member.
 
ShoreTel's high-performance, secure network reduces latency and jitter, resulting in high-quality voice communications.  Wideband audio codecs deliver outstanding voice quality.
 
CallCopy's suite of call recording, quality management, screen capture, speech analytics and performance management solutions has been certified on ShoreTel's Pure IP Unified Communications (News - Alert) system.
 
“Delivering an innovative solution that can contribute to the success of our partners is one of our top priorities; ensuring that those solutions are compatible with ShoreTel's communications platform is another. Receiving this recognition from ShoreTel reflects those commitments,' said CallCopy Director of Channel Operations Ed Porter.

Recently, the CallCopy also announced its recognition as a recipient of one of Business First’s “Best Places to Work Awards.” Winners of this award were announced on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009, at a luncheon held at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
