Alert), a provider of mission-critical software and solutions for communications service providers, announced today that it’s been issued a United States patent for its “Telecommunications Subscriber Profile Management System.”
By using the newly patented technology, customer service representatives can quickly ascertain the profile and state of a given subscriber, which helps the reps respond to customer queries, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
According to Redknee, the new patent enables network operators to provide an enhanced subscriber experience by employing a mediation layer to access and aggregate subscriber information that is distributed in a multi-vendor network environment. The patent, one of more than 40 issued or pending patent applications controlled by Redknee also enables subscriber information to be abstracted via an Application Programming Interface

for the delivery of personalized and optimized services and content.
